Lloyd Center Welcomes New Board Members

Brian J. Rothschild, Ph.D. and Tina I. Nauman have been elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors. Dr. Rothschild, retiring Dean of the Intercampus Graduate School of Marine Sciences and Technology at the University of Massachusetts, is Director of the School for Marine Science and Technology, and Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Fisheries Recovery Commission. A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Nauman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture and Ornamental Floriculture. She brings to the Lloyd Center’s work, a host of horticultural and floricultural talents, organizational and development skills, and great energy.

Mary Ellen Hawes Lees was re-elected to a three-year term on the Board and re-elected President for the second consecutive year. Vice presidents, Donald S. Douglas, Ph.D. and Karen G. Lloyd, along with Clerk, Leslie J. De Groot, M.D., were re-elected to one-year terms. Robert A. MacGregor was elected Treasurer for the coming year, and Bernard A. G. Taradash was re-elected to a new three-year term as a director.
